Can I order products directly from HotLine Products?

HotLine Products only sells products through a national network of Promotional Products Distributors who specialize in creative marketing and custom imprinted products. If you do not have a distributor that you are already working with, please consult a phone directory or do a web search looking for a promotional products distributor in your geographic area.

What are your hours of operation?

Customer Service is available from 8:00am – 4:30pm CST.

How are orders and artwork acknowledged?

An email will be sent notifying you that your order and/or art files have been received. This does NOT mean that your order or art is production ready. You will be contacted by the end of the next business day if there are any questions or concerns.

Which art files are supported?

Please see the Artwork Requirements section for full details.

Can I combine calendar themes on the same order?

As long as you stay within the same calendar family, you can combine themes with a minimum of 100 per theme. Please note- the artwork must be the same on all calendars. For example- If you order 300 of the #800-series wall calendars, you can select three different themes (minimum of 100 per theme) and use the 300 piece price.

Are there set-up charges on orders?

No. We are no longer charging a setup charge on our products.

What is your standard production time?

Production time varies with each product due to the equipment it is printed on, the finishing options chosen (stapled versus spiraled), the packaging (bulk vs inserted into envelopes), etc. Please contact Customer Service to confirm the production time for the specifics of your order. PLEASE NOTE: Production time begins after all order questions, art and credit have been approved.

Do you offer a Rush Service?

Yes. The #800-series wall calendars can be produced with a 3-Day or Next Day Rush Service. Please see the Rush Service section for limitations, charges and how to properly submit your order.

Can I order less than the minimum quantity shown?

Many of our products offer a Less Than Minimum option with a charge of $30.00 (g). Please see the “Options & Charges” section of the product you are interested in to verify it is an option.

Can I send you my own pictures to be printed on the calendar? Can I add information to specific dates on a calendars?

This is an option on specific products and would be processed by our Custom Calendar Department. Please contact customer service for more details.

What is Early Order Pricing?

A special discount is given to orders received on or before specific dates. The first discount expires on June 1st with the second tier pricing expiring on September 1st. Order can ship immediately or be held in storage at no extra charge to be released at a later date. Please see our storage release dates for specifics.

What are the release dates for calendars kept in storage?

Orders are shipped on the 2nd and the 4th Fridays of the month starting on the second Friday in August. Indicate ship date preference on purchase order. Orders received after November 1st will be shipped when completed. Due to heavy shipping volume, we reserve the right to release orders up to 5 business days prior to requested ship date.

Can you mail the calendars and greeting cards directly to the client’s customers?

Yes. Contact customer service to review the options, charges and production times.

What is your sample policy?

Random samples (within reasonable quantities) are sent at no charge. Samples are shipped via FedEx SmartPost or USPS and will arrive in approximately 7-10 working days. If you need a quicker delivery option, please provide your shipper number and preferred carrier.
