Greeting Card Ordering Information

Imprinting

Choose any combination of logo, sentiment or personal signature. We suggest imprinting your logo under the sentiment followed by business name identification. Personal signatures usually follow if included as part of imprint. Minimum 25 cards per style; 100 cards per order. Imprint includes up to four lines of copy, 40 characters per line, maximum, including spaces and punctuation. Imprint typeface is 12 pt. upper-case.

Sentiments

Please reference stock sentiment wanted or supply the custom sentiment wanted via email artwork. See “Sentiments” tab for options for stock sentiments.

Artwork

Digital or camera-ready art must accompany order. High quality black & white laser print of typeface or illustration is acceptable. Photocopies or faxes are NOT acceptable. Email: artwork@hotlineproducts.com. EPS and TIFF images; 300 DPI.

Shipping

Allow 10 days for shipment after art and credit approval. Cards are 8 lbs./100. Free shipping through 9-15-17. Contiguous U.S. locations.

Envelopes

Inserted in unimprinted envelopes: 10¢ each (G). Imprinted envelopes (black only): bulk 10¢ each (G); inserted: 18¢ (g). Up to four line return address prints in black ink on back side flap. 32 characters per line, including spaces and punctuation.

Personal Signatures

For personal signature imprint, submit a clean sample of your handwriting on quality white paper in black ink. Do not staple or attach to order form. No additional charge.

Imprint Area for Greeting Cards

Horizontal or Vertical: Full imprint area: 6" x 4"; Imprint area with stock sentiment: 6" x 1". Color Imprints: Multi-Color: 20¢ (G) each.

Greeting Card Paper Stock

All cards printed on gloss coated paper stock except where indicated.

HotLine-To-Mail Service

50¢ (G) each plus postage. Includes list preparation, printing the envelopes, insertion of cards, bundling and delivery to the U.S. Post Office. Postage is additional; estimate $.273 each bulk, or 45¢ each First Class. Minimum 200 (minimum to qualify for Bulk Rate postage). Customer to provide excel spreadsheet for mailing list. HotLine-To-Mail saves the cost of shipping cards to the client. Envelopes are digitally printed with name and address.
