SHIPPING AND MAILING INFORMATION
DROP SHIPMENTS: Drop shipment instructions must accompany order. $8.50(G) per shipping to U.S. locations. International shipments, $20.00(G).
FIVE DAY SHIP/RUSH ORDERS (Calendars only): Mark order “FIVE DAY SHIP” when you want it shipped in 5 business days. Simply marking it “Rush Order” does not qualify for this service. The charge for Five Day Ship is $25.00(G).
We will ship in 5 days pending the following qualifications for Five Day Ship orders:
1. Credit approved
2. Subject to available stock
3. Stitched (stapled) calendars only
4. Catalog quantities
5. No proofs requested
6. One color black imprint only
7. No Logos
NOTE: The Five Day Ship service may be suspended in the peak rush period of November. Call Customer Service for more information.
F.O.B.: St. Paul, Minnesota, 55107. Most orders are shipped FedEx Ground.
MAILING SERVICES:
• Allow additional 7 business days after production to complete mailing.
• Minimum 200.
• Customer provided mailing list: 50˘(G) each + postage and envelopes
• Customer provided labels: 40˘(G) each + postage and envelopes -must provide labels in zip code order.
• Customer provides disk or an email with attached spreadsheet list. Send to: customerservice@hotlineproducts.com - 40˘(G) each + postage and envelopes
• HotLine® calendar estimated postage: bulk rate 56˘; first class $1.34.
SHIPPING DATE: Orders will not ship prior to July unless requested. Orders are shipped on the 1st and the 15th of the month, per your preference. Orders are placed in storage at no charge. After October 1st orders are shipped as completed. NOTE: Once in storage, any changes to “ship to” or date of release which necessitates removing the order from storage will receive a handling charge of $30.00(X). In addition, any other charges that apply will be added to order. Inside Delivery: If requested, a $100 (X) charge over 1,800 units.
CONSOLIDATED SHIPMENTS: Shipments are released on the 1st and the 15th of each month through November 1, 2008. Orders received after October 15th will ship FedEx Economy unless otherwise requested.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES: Orders shipped Fedex Economy unless otherwise noted on order. Consolidated shipments must be prearranged with Customer Service. NOTE: Orders requested to be shipped Via Priority Mail or Parcel Post are not recommended and distributor assumes all intransit responsibility.
